During the maintenance process, the hydraulic or mechanical drive system of the windlass, the motor and pump group, the gear mechanism, the drum, the chain flashlight, the brake system, the bearings and the fasteners are checked in detail. Oil leaks, abrasions, mechanical gaps, vibration and performance losses that may occur on the system are detected.
When necessary, hydraulic oil and filter change, lubrication, connection checks, brake and clutch adjustments, and maintenance and replacement of worn or defective parts are carried out.
